New clients are generally scheduled for an intake appointment within 1-2 weeks of being referred for services.
Telehealth therapy sessions are available and are provided using doxy.me, an encrypted HIPAA-compliant telemedicine website. Doxy.me allows easy accessibility for clients via smartphone, tablet, or computer.
In compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), a copy of my Notice of Privacy Practices is available below.

Fees
Initial intake sessions are $160.
Individual therapy sessions are $120 per 45-minute therapy session (40-45 minutes face-to-face) or $160 per 60-minute therapy session (55-60 minutes face-to-face).
Couples therapy sessions are $160 per 60-minute session (55-60 minutes face-to-face).

Clients with insurance may wish to verify their benefits to ensure Dr. Fain-Leslie is an authorized provider for their particular policy.
Clients may choose to pay privately rather than use third party payors in order to avoid sharing information with the third party payor, to increase privacy regarding therapy issues and diagnoses, and to avoid third party payor limitations on the number of sessions and treatment.
In compliance with the No Surprises Act of 2022, a copy of my Good Faith Estimate Notice is available below.
